end cakes, with rolled fondant and sugar
paste flowers being a popular choice in
decoration today.  Butter cream frosting,
whipped cream, white chocolate, and
chocolate ganache are some other very

Cucamonga Cakery creates.  Martha
says, “we also make a wide variety of
flavors of cakes, including carrot, pound,
and pink champagne.  We are always
experimenting with new flavors, so if a
client wants something that  is not on our
selection list, we will research and
experiment to create something new for
the client.”
